I honestly feel that if we can embrace gratitude & all the goodness in the world, then we’ll be able to make amazing & far reaching positive change.
We are all capable of amazing things & it’ll take far less effort than you may think!
Gratitude is step one.
Assignment for Day 9:
1. How do you show gratitude to your least favorite people? I don’t like the word “enemies” but let’s just say, these people are not going to be writing you a love note any time soon.
How do you stay grateful towards those that you don’t even want in your life? Better yet, how do you keep them in your life & remain grateful, if not grow more so?
The people in our lives that challenge us are perhaps more valuable to our overall growth than those people who are our greatest fans.
You have more to gain from people that you disagree with than people who think that you are just the greatest thing walking the planet- not that there’s anything wrong with that!
What would that look like for you? Can you find space in your heart to welcome in your least favorite people just as much as you can your favorite?

2. Choose your ninth person to show gratitude to. You are free to speak your gratitude, write your gratitude or show your gratitude.
Any way that feels the most appropriate, that is how you need to do it.
